Booty Barre and Pound Class *Monday Classes Alternate*

Booty Barre: Strengthen and lengthen the muscles with small, isometric movements set to the beat of the music. You will improve posture and core strength, and tone every muscle.

Pound Fitness: A combo of cardio and weight training exercise that approach includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates.
