Open House provides prospective students and their families with an opportunity to experience Buffalo State's diverse and creative environment firsthand. Visitors can tour campus, learn about the broad array of academic programs from faculty, discuss financial aid options, and more.
Our 125-acre campus is very accessible, walkable, and is located in Buffalo's vibrant museum district.
Buffalo State is surrounded by trendy cafés, museums, restaurants, shops, parks, and Victorian-styled housing. Accessible by car or bus, the campus is approximately 20 minutes from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Directions to campus.
As SUNY’s only urban four-year college, Buffalo State has a mission that grows directly from our location. We serve the city because we are of the city.
